Worst moving company. I've tried to put in an insurance claim, no one calls me back. They quoted me 2,500... the end charge was over 7,000! Almost 3xs what they quoted. They broke all of my beds and didn't keep the hardware with the beds. They brought my kitchen pantry boxes in and flipped them upside down... imagine honey and flour all over the inside of your pantry. The guys moving talked about their tip the whole day. They took meat out of my deep freezer. They broke a book shelf and just left it on the truck. The crew complained of the work the whole time. They took me off the clock at the end of a very long and ugly move and then pressured me to tip them more as long as I didn't tell the main office. I contested the charge on my credit card and lost. Next stop is consumer affairs/better business bureau/etc... This company needs to be shut down.
Beware of hidden fees, non disclosure of fees and extra charges for packing materials that were not used, such as tape. I had this problem in RI recently.
Poor. Poor. Poor. Unprofessional, lazy, talkative, unfinished, too pricey with hidden or fake charges such as petrol and packing. They broke an glass coffee table, light bulbs, a bookshelf and got numerous items dirty, scratch, unpacked. They did not even tape the top of a fragile box with many light bulbs. They stacked up heavy book boxes on the top of a box of fragile glasses. I have moved 7 times over 7years and these movers are the worst. I packed boxes. The estimated time was 5hrs but it took almost 9hrs with three young black guys and charged me extra cost of course. I am working on claims which requires notary service. Please do not even consider any business with them. This business has to shut down.
