My favorite JCrew store, because their sales are remarkable. They have pieces here, that are no available in other JCrew stores - so this is also my most fave store.

There was a very nice lady named Zoe who was very helpful. I have to say though, when I didn't have a receipt to return something they said no you can't exchange that. Then they checked my email and said that the last time I purchased something was 2016! I was here two weeks ago and they still have the same clothes I was trying to return! Unbelievable! Jeannette was the cashier who didn't let me return. Zoe was amazing!
