My own experience here was good, however a friend went in with her daughter. While the daughter was shopping, my friend was approached by a saleswoman and told that the 'looser' clothing was in the back. My friend is not a SIZE 2. She is a healthy and fit mature woman. I think you had best review customer service with your personnel. I, for one, will not be spending any money at Lululemon.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in retail shopping. I come here all the time and am apart of the sweat collection. Ready to buy over 200 dollars in clothing and they deny me since part of it was from the men’s collection. Mind you I have been here multiple times in the past and have never experienced this problem before when shopping for both sexes.
