Horrible service.... The workers have no idea about nothing. Spoke on the phone and was told that they had what I was looking for drove all the way down there (30 minutes) and had absolutely nothing of what I needed.....

Oh my god this place is horrible!! The customer service is horrible. One guy got bored helping me and just walked away when he couldn't find what he was looking for. So I went to exchange the wrong lenght stainless steel screws. Got there at 5 while he was closing door. Who closed at 5pm any way. Then he says no cant help you. I said I just spent $100 in here 20 mins ago. Nope. It says e are local on the door, but they are far from serving the local customers. Westport hardware from now on.
