Went in with a friend and found perfect dry-aged, bone-in strip steaks and house-made sausages. Good & friendly service too.
Great butcher shop-- really helpful, and amazing quality. The kitchen attached to it makes really good food-- highlights are brunch and the burger.

Simply put, amazing. Service is spot on, prices are fair and the meat is bar none some of the best I've had. Sorry no pictures but the establishment is top notch in every way. I think I may take a trip back this summer, even though it's a two hour drive from me.
