Just received 12 pounds of junk-mail from Restoration Hardware (aka their catalog). I have never ordered from this company, nor will I. I furnish our homes with period antiques and vintage accessories and have no need of their cheaply-made but over-priced repro trash.

Very disappointing purchase experience. I bought $6K of outdoor furniture from the Westport, CT store. I specifically had them check to make sure that all items were in stock so they could be delivered. I was told I would receive a call for delivery scheduling the week of July 12th - I heard nothing. When I called ...I was told not all items were in stock and I needed to wait yet another week for a call from delivery. Very disappointed.
Standard spot was not special. The staff did not appear to know where things were.
