I love this store
Very spacious store with idea room layouts, helpful to see so much in one place, staff attentive without being a pain..
The quality is better than average which is why there are rarely any meaningful discounts. However, store policies and practices as well as customer support is confusing (different answers to the same questions), which is why I only give three stars.
We had to wait around for about 30 minutes to have them find utensils in the back. Once we came home, we realized they were serving spoons, not utensils. We were ignored for the time we were waiting, though we weren't moving and no one seemed to know what we were there for when we asked to check up on our help.
