J was awesome! He lent me a loaner phone for three days while he worked on my old phone, and ultimately hooked me up with an awesome refurbished 6s at an incredibly affordable price. I’ll be coming to this Verizon store whenever I’m in cell phone trouble.

the Westport East Verizon store workers are the best. Jack, Tamar, Michael and Angelo are professional, knowledgeable, fun and very, very, helpful. I appreciate all the help they gave to me, my daughter and son. It was not an easy transition, but ended in the best way.

Omg the experience I received from Jack, Michael and Angelo was amazing!!!!!! Went in with my phone not working from water damage. They ended up getting me a new phone, an iPad and explained to me why the unlimited plan would be more beneficial to me!!!! I am so happy and will continue to shop there in the future!!!!!!! The shark case was the best!!!!!!
