Excellent care. Only problem is l - o - n - g wait on phone when calling for appt or question.
I had LASIK surgery with Dr. Leslie a month ago and it was the best thing I've ever done! It's surreal not having to use glasses anymore and I can't thank Dr. Leslie and her team enough. They were great throughout the entire process. They always made themselves available and always had answers to my questions. I felt extremely safe and comfortable during the process and as a result have 20/20 vision. I highly recommend Doctor and Associates!
I have been sitting here an hour and still haven't seen the doctor. When I complained to the staff after waiting for 15 minutes in the waiting room, I was told the the appointment should take an hour to an hour and half, and it already started with my wait in the waiting room. Why do doctors believe that only their time is valuable? This is terrible.
Dr. Leslie, and her parents before her, have provided exceptional eye care to my entire family for more than 40 years. I have absolute and complete trust in her and would recommend her whole-heartedly to anyone in need. This is a very busy practice and the friendly staff does a good job in what must be a pretty hard job.
It doesn't get any better than Dr Leslie Doctor. I have a chronic eye condition for about 21 years now & my sight literately was saved & merited entry into text books. I have been referring to this practice for years & EVERYONE has had a Positive experience. Lately, when my age made it necessary for Cataract Surgery (very recently), Who else to do the Procedure with was never in question or an option. ~~~With Dr Leslie @ her Wilton Surgery Center was a "No Contest" of course. And I will stay right here for as long as I Need Eye Care (And we ALL do - at least for Regular Eye Exams). DO NOT LOOK ELSEWHERE... as "There is No Other Game in Town!!" And I will continue to Refer all those that I meet - that need Any/All form of Eye Care ... DR P
